Benefits of Delta-X effluent separators
Reduced ammonia emissions
In the floor of the traffic alley, two gutters house the belt separation system. Slopes of 3% are created on either side of the gutters to carry excrement by gravity and during scraping.
The belts continuously evacuate the liquids as they travel in the upper position, towards a storage pit installed at one end of the building.
By preventing the formation of slurry by mixing dung and urine, Delta X considerably reduces ammonia emissions in the barn.
