Beneficial comfort against heat stress
Designed to meet the highest animal welfare requirements, Aquastar stands out with an enlarged contact surface compared to conventional bedding, significantly reducing pressure on the skin. Zero compression points for optimal blood circulation and easier recovery.
At the heart of its technology, a unique and voluminous water pouch per space, integrated into a continuous roll, absorbs and effectively distributes body heat. This system actively contributes to the animal's thermal balance, both in summer and winter.
Beneath this pouch, a 35 mm latex foam underlay with a density of 300 kg/m³, encased in a PVC film, provides flexible and progressive support. It naturally supports the cows' movements when rising and lying down, promoting relaxed and stress-free behavior.
The top surface is made of high-resistance rubber, reinforced by a double layer of fabric. Its NG design and "peach skin" finish offer grip, softness, and robustness, even after several years of intensive use.
With the Aquastar, every detail is designed to improve product longevity, reduce health problems and maximize animal performance on a daily basis.

Why a single pouch?
The Aquastar's single water pouch increases the contact surface between the cow and the water, facilitating heat transfer between the cow and the mattress.
In addition, thanks to a homogeneous weight distribution, the cow adopts an optimal positioning in the stall, reducing joint problems and the risk of injury.
The single pocket also facilitates daily maintenance. The liquids are naturally drained towards the sides and the rear, thus limiting stagnation and the risk of microbial growth.
Result: a healthier environment for the animals and simplified cleaning for the farmers.
