Feedback on the Magellan 25 installation
Located in Coise (France), GAEC des Lys raises a herd of Montbeliarde cows on 70 hectares dedicated to dairy production.
In 2019, during the renovation of their building, the breeders chose to install the carpets Magellan 25 to improve the comfort of their animals and make traffic areas safer.
“The comfort was immediately noticeable: the cows lie down more easily, they no longer slip on the concrete, and their feet stay clean and healthy. We no longer have any problems with dermatitis.”
In view of these results, the herd now benefits from cubicles and alleys fully equipped with Magellan 25 mats. Breeders have noted improved hygiene, easier heat observation and greater peace of mind on a daily basis.
