AQUACLIM UP
A wide range of benefits for both cows and farmers
Comfort designed to reduce heat stress
Integrated beneath the Aquastar mattress water chamber, the Aquaclim Up system uses a network of innovative pipes to ensure continuous water circulation. This constant flow efficiently dissipates heat produced by the cow and maintains the water chamber at an optimal temperature, even under extreme conditions.
This targeted cooling is particularly beneficial for dry cows and cows ready for insemination,, where thermal comfort is critical to reproductive success. By maintaining optimal conditions, Aquaclim Up supports fertility. Once the cow is pregnant, Aquaclim proper fetal development,, helping ensure the health and performance of the future dairy cow..
Designed to support both animal welfare and farm profitability, Aquaclim Up is the ideal solution to address climate challenges while optimizing herd productivity.

Heat stress management
Effectively managing heat stress means acting at the right time, with the right response, while taking all key parameters into account. Continuously cooling the mattresses, summer and winter, would not only waste energy but also reduce efficiency when it matters most.
That is why Bioret Agri has developed a dedicated control system for Aquaclim Updesigned to work in synergy with our ventilation and misting solutions..
While traditional control systems are based solely on the building's interior temperature, the Heat Stress Dynamic Control (HSDC) goes one step further. Thanks to its temperature and humidity sensors, it continuously calculates the true heat stress index (THI).
This intelligent control automatically triggers the most appropriate response - gradual fan acceleration, activation of misting or Aquaclim conduction cooling - depending on the thresholds set for your building.
The result: a precise, responsive, and controlled barn climate that protects cows from heat stress, improves comfort, and sustainably supports performance.
HSDC: Heat Stress Dynamic Control
Smart control based on temperature, humidity and customizable thresholds
1 HSDC/misting control unit (=16 Cyclone fans)
Visit Heat Stress Dynamic Control (HSDC) is a intelligent control system specially designed for reduce heat stress in livestock buildings.
It is based on a network of temperature and humidity sensors which continuously measure ambient conditions to calculate the’THI index. Thanks to an adaptive algorithm, HSDC automatically adjusts ventilation and cooling for maintain a stable, comfortable climate.
The process takes place gradually: as the temperature rises, the fans start up and increase their speed as the THI rises. If this is not enough to maintain a cool environment, system activates misting, coupled with fans to enhance the cooling effect. Last but not least, as soon as the THI threshold preset for your building is reached, the Aquaclim mattress trigger their conduction cooling system directly on contact with the animals.
This intelligent control makes it possible to maintain an optimum climate in the building at all times, without wasting energy or generating excess humidity. You benefit from a reliable, automated and economical tool, guaranteeing the well-being of your herd and the performance of your milk production.
