Comfort designed to reduce heat stress
Designed to meet the highest animal welfare standards, Aquastar stands out with a larger contact surface than conventional bedding, significantly reducing pressure on the skin. Zero compression points, for optimal blood circulation and improved recovery.
At the core of its technology, a single, large-capacity water chamber per stall, integrated into a continuous roll, absorbs and evenly distributes body heat. This system actively supports the cow’s thermal balance, both in summer and winter.
Beneath this chamber, a 35 mm latex foam underlayer with a density of 300 kg/m³, wrapped in a PVC film, provides soft, progressive support. It naturally follows the cow’s movements when lying down and rising, promoting relaxed, stress-free behavior.
The top surface is made of high-resistance rubber, reinforced with a double reinforcement layer. Its NG design and “peach-skin” finish provide grip, softness, and durability, even after years of intensive use.
With Aquastar, every detail is designed to extend product lifespan, reduce health issues, and maximize animal performance on a daily basis.

Why a single water chamber?
The Aquastar single water chamber increases the contact surface between the cow and the water, improving thermal transfer between the animal and the mattress.
In addition, the even weight distribution allows the cow to adopt an optimal lying position in the cubicle, reducing joint stress and the risk of injury.
The single chamber also makes daily maintenance easier. Liquids naturally drain to the sides and rear, limiting stagnation and reducing microbial growth risks.
The result: a healthier environment for the animals and easier cleaning for the farmer.
