On June 4, 2026, we officially opened our North American subsidiary, Bioret Agri Inc., in Beachville, Ontario. This event marks an important milestone in the Group’s international growth and strengthens our presence in the North American market.

The opening brought together many guests, including partners, customers, employees and representatives from the agricultural sector, who joined us to celebrate this important moment for the company.

A stronger local presence for dairy farmers

With this new facility, Bioret Agri Inc. now benefits from increased storage capacity and stronger local operations. This local presence enables the team to respond more quickly and provide closer support to dairy farmers across Canada and the United States.

During the event, guests also had the opportunity to learn more about Bioret Agri’s mission: to improve animal welfare and farm performance through innovative solutions designed to enhance dairy cow comfort.

The opening also provided an opportunity to highlight Bioret Agri Inc.’s ambitions for the coming years. In response to the rapid growth of its operations, additional land has already been acquired in Beachville to support the subsidiary’s future expansion and strengthen its ability to meet the needs of dairy farmers.

Looking ahead

We would like to sincerely thank everyone who joined us for this special occasion, as well as all the teams who contributed to making this project a success.

This opening marks a new milestone in the growth of Bioret Agri Inc. and opens up exciting opportunities for the years ahead.
