Equipment chosen to meet the farm’s needs
In Maxville, Ontario, Stryde Farms is a third-generation family farm milking 95 cows, with a poultry operation and a calf-rearing unit. When designing their new barn, the farmers visited a wide range of farms and compared different solutions. They wanted equipment that would meet their expectations in terms of animal comfort and everyday efficiency.
They chose several Bioret Agri solutions: Magellan 25 flooring in the holding area Delta Diam 16 in the milking parlour, and Aquastar mattresses in the stalls.

The flooring installed in the cow traffic areas provides a comfortable, secure surface for the cows, while also making the facilities easier to clean. This was especially important for the farmers, who have seen a real time saving in their daily routine.
